ESyDoc will scan any original paper chart from any source at high speed, convert the chart into Adobe Acrobat pdf format (or other image formats), digitize, and push into the ESyDoc Document Imaging Portal, Patient Portal or an EMR.
ESyDoc and the Xerox MFP communicate with the Master Patient List database to verify the patient medical record number and patient name for accuracy. During the scanning process, barcodes are used to separate the images into documents and tabs within the chart.
