We faced a challenge in reading the RFID tags in garment boxes which has over 100 garment pieces stacked in one box. The boxes travel inside the Tunnel towards the RFID antennas on a conveyor belt. To make the reading better, we prototyped a rotating mechanism, which will lever up from below the conveyor when the garment box becomes stationary; rotate the box and lever down once done.
